countdown to christmas - day eight

Today was the day of the Holiday Open House. Several friends joined me in hosting a craft event at Natalie's apartment. The day couldn't have been much more perfect. Lots of friends stopped by to shop and say hello. Yesterday's snow added a touch of winter cheer, as the lawns all had a fresh dusting. And, best of all, the aura of creativity was displayed throughout the entire apartment.

Lisa showed her lovely sewn creations, and Natalie had sea glass jewelry and beautiful photographs. Wendy pampered us with spa products, and Mandi promoted her growing photography business. I brought a rather eclectic mix of the things I've been creating lately - note cards, magnets, bookmarks, and more. Each display was so unique, capturing much of the essence of the person who presented it. It was a fun and festive way to celebrate both the Christmas season and the spirit of creativity.
