autumn alphabet: x is for Xmas' upcoming arrival

With the arrival of Fall also comes the imminent approach of the Christmas season. It seems that once Thanksgiving has passed, Christmas is here in no time at all. And while I often wish that the holidays would linger awhile longer, I do like that the beauty of Autumn sets the stage for a very different and yet equally beautiful time of year: Christmas.
